Andy, There was one more hurdle that we had to get through as far as SP is concerned and that was two huge tranches of options and of course the debentures. These three items made SGR the favourite of traders as it allowed for risk free shorting and covering useing the warrants and debentures as an insurance policy. The only dilution still on the books are employee options of which many are held by hard rock miners that get to see all the VG everyday and watch their retirement investments grow. All the big battles are behind us and now management can concentrate on orderly growth, while protecting the future of not only San Gold, but the future of all it's employees, the town of Bissett and all of the investors that hope to see their wealth grow along with the company. Look what almost happened to Teck when they got a little too aggressive. I think many of us are impatient as we would like to see the share price higher so we can bail before the next big correction in the economy, however the prudent approach for management is to be prepared for survival no matter what the share price or the general economy. IMHO we are fast approaching the phase of growth that will have a number at the bottom of the page that does not have ( ) around it. That will put us in a position of strength and no doubt on the radar screen of everyone.
