Monday January 25 2010 - Property Agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to a purchase agreement dated Jan. 21, 2010, between San Gold Corp. and Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc., as vendor, pursuant to which the company has the option to acquire a 31.5-per-cent interest in 12 claims located in the Tisdale township, Ontario, known as the Davidson-Tisdale mineral rights and a 100-per-cent interest in 13 claims, located in the Tisdale township, Ontario, known as the North Tisdale mineral rights. In consideration, at closing the company will pay $1-million and issue one million shares. Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. retains a 2-per-cent net smelter royalty on the North Tisdale mineral rights.
