The election in Mass on Tuesday was a repudiation of the MANNER in which these changes were being manifested.

Votes for Healthcare were being bought off (see Nebraska Sen and Louisiana Sen's special deals for their vote)

Negotiations on this Healthcare legislation were being held behind closed doors after dozens of promises about transparency,

Special deals were cut with the unions so that their "cadillac" healthcare plans were exempt from gov. taxation. (Don't bite the hand that feeds you eh??)

Card check legislation to make it easier (can you say union coersion) for workers to unionize

Illegal immigration...another fine way to buy your vote....

Add all this up and it stinks......The only way to effectively govern is from the center. You may lean left or right, but you'll get your head handed to you if you veer too far. Obama has yet to figure this out. He may though.....He's supposedly a bright guy...hmmmmm
