San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
270M is not a problem. They provide liquidity to those buying and selling. They represent $1.00 per share average and 3 mines in production with a reasonably modern 1250-1800TPD mill and all the related equipment, 110 modern camp spaces, new modern offices with dry facilities, new core shack for exploration almost finished, upgraded hoists and electrical distribution for mines and mill. Price it all out, 270M is a bargain and ROE should be accomplished in the next 3 years dependant again on how much new work is done. Might as well go for 300M shares by doing a placement @$5.00 with no warrant and put $150M dollars in the coffers to fast track all aspects instead of snail pace. JMHO
