Just wondering if you guys have discussed about this strange relationship between sgr board and skp board:

So the CEO and President of skp are also current sgr directors and former sgr CFO. Do they own both sgr and skp shares ? If so, then how can they best represent skp shareholder's interest in negotiations with sgr on JV and future issues ? I have never seen any two companys have such strange relationship. I also speculate a merger talk between sgr and skp may be going on, since sgr's exploration skills plus skp's 50% rice lake land will create a new gold power house that may own 10-20M oz gold, if rice lake has the similar amount of gold as red lake, as many believe.
Pls share your thoughts. Thx in advance.
