If the decision was made by management to stay an exploration company and not a producer there would not have been the need to get in bed with Goodman. Less dilution, more spent on drilling, higher SP. And yes it is managements job to evaluate what is best for shareholders and becoming a producer was not one of them. They are good at drilling and should have stayed with that. IMHO
