I believe that they would need another crusher in order to get to 1900 TPD even if they are putting through clean rock

I Agree that would be necessary, however if memory serves me a crusher upgrade is not a major expense. It was in the magnitude of millions not tens of millions. I will go back and do some dd when I have some time tonight and report back.
