Today SGR is worth the current shares outstanding x the share price, not the fully diluted number.

SGR - 266,606,358 x 4.08 = $1,087,753,941

LSG - 317,815,793 x 4.06 = $1,290,332,120

RMX - 212,127,214 x 4.71 = $999,119,178
