I've supported this "rumour mungering" for years! (Its a longstanding ritual in Vancouver "investment" circles!) As it makes its rounds the greedy dive headfirst into the proverbial "trough!" (Where eventually they are gobbled up by bigger, not necessarily any smarter, fish.)
