"As of the date hereof, the Company has not updated its 43-101 documentation for drill results obtained over the last 37 months including the discovery of a series of high grade gold bearing quartz veins located near surface and 1.5 kilometers northeast of the Rice Lake Mill – the aforementioned Hinge Zone."
Exploration expenses
2007 (12 months) - $6,583,386
2008 (12 months) - $6,197,117
2009 (9 months) - $5,375,503
33 months = $18,156,006
There is some confusion with 2006 so I'll leave it out.
The 2006 financials state $7,496,599 was spent for the year yet the 3rd quarter 2007 financials state that 2006 had 21,180,977 for the 9 months ending September 30, 2006 and 7,567,464 for the 3rd quarter alone. Too much to get my brain around right now.
So using $18,156,006 and Dale's stated find rate ~$10-20 an ounce, 20$ an ounce would be 907,800 ounces and 10$ an ounce would be 1,815,600 ounces. Extrapolating 4 more months adds about $2.2 million or 110,000 to 220,00 ounces.
Using that back of the envelope type logic puts our total somewhere between 2.5 million ounces on the low side to 3.636 million on the high side or somewhere in the middle around 3.1 million.
