Just wait for the next positive to drop at the next AGM: granting of more options and probably a raise for management.
Mbgld, If management is planning to grant themselves more options at the next AGM, I would have to wonder why they keep buying shares at $3.00 a share on the public market. I wonder if they are worried about being taken over before they can have another AGM, or maybe they just think they are a good investment. I joined the insiders today and bought another 5,000 shares with my wifes 2009 RRSP contribution. I have a good feeling they will still be worth something when we decide to retire.
As for a wage increase, I would think if we go from a start up producer and evolve into a 200,000 ounce plus operation with 100's of workers and multiple mines, I would like to think the CEO and CFO would deserve a raise. With all the action in the gold sector, you would have to have a competitive compensation package or you would loose them.
