San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
I looked at the drill intercepts again and the widths are good, so that will help the numbers with less dilution. The Deep West was intercepted in the first 100 feet of the drill station, so you would think that they could blast over and start mining the new material ASAP. I hope they don't slow production to do a bulk sample, at least until after they get some good cash flow. Again they have the enviable problem of cores over an ounce and a bulk sample would be needed to do a 43-101 on the new zone. IMHO they should just get the 43-101 on the hinge behind them and start making some money. I have a feeling we may never see a 43-101 on the main mine as it appears to go on for ever vertically. Another complication would be the way the Hinge zone appears to slice right through the SAM unit.
PS
Just wondering, if they can determine that the Deep West is a continuation of the Hinge, and they have a calculation of gold per vertical foot. Could they then expand the 43-101 on the hinge to this new depth. Any geologists out there that might be able to comment. Maybe this is the reason for the delay??? Again if (I use the word if as I haven't got a clue) this is the Hinge, you could take the 1100 foot number they were talking about and multiply it by five. How is that for speculation.
