I wonder how many of these shares are crossed from Ned's exempt aggregate holdings to Ned's non exempt aggregate holdings or some other collusive pre arranged swap.

Sorry to be a pest Lunch, but if you can help me understand what an exempt and a non exempt aggregate holding is. I get the feeling your talking about the 10% thresh hold ?????
