I also was hoping for the end of September, however forward looking statements that are not met are far from lies. This is what Dale said at the Denver Show. Hit the link and go to the eighteenth minute. I talked to Shawn and he had suggested a September date and you can make whatever you wish from that.
Every post I have found regarding the subject talks about the September date as a suggestion and the posters that talked to IR stated it was not cast in stone. Let's hope Dale's comments in Denver are more accountable.
