what i am saying is SGR has a market cap of 800 MM

they ahve a deep mine of over 5000 ft, over 200 mine employees is it?

If i am to humor takeouts, if SGR (or anyone else) are to buy out SKP, How much would SKP be worth? What would be resonable price to pay for it?

I can't see any company paying 100 MM for them, maybe 50 MM.

SO what i am really saying is the following:

I can see WEL getting taken out at 20 Million easier then i can see SKP getting taken out at 88 Million.

Either way they are all winners.
