I think these types of statements lack clarity and are part of the problem. If somebody was to read this you would expect everything included up to Dec. 08. Then I seem to recall that they clearly stated the 43-101 would be a Hinge only 43-101 and only to 1300 feet. I think I will phone somebody today and see if I get get someone to clarify. If investors read the above and then it is Hinge only, many could be dissappointed.
