So Goodman is no longer considered an insider, technically. Allow him to move shares to his partners in crime(other houses) to allow them a float to start moving the SP?

Begs the question, who is selling and why? Hugh is the only one in management that has enough shares that 1 mil wouldn't leave a dent. Unless someone is cashing in a ton of options before the SP jumps.

But why would you cash in early as there is no benefit to you tax wise to buy your options from shares at a cheaper price?

One could start to think that maybe the 43-101 may not be as good as we hope. But that would be considered insider trading,no?

Is management being forced to give up shares to a suitor in exchange for greener pastures in the future?

I still think it's fishy that Dale dumped 500,000 shares in the $2.60 range. Why do that without appropriate compensation down the road.

Just some friday night rambling and I'm not even in the Wine yet. Try Carlo Rossi red, inexpensive and smooth. Good north end wine.

Cheers
