when is Q2 due?

OK i know officially it is due 60 days after end of quarter so there fore end of month
but when is it due on TSX? 30 days or 45?
i would imagine they are going to try and hit the targets for TSX as they can be listed on there before the next one is due.
So if its due in 45 days, perhaps thursday/friday we may see the results.
Anyone know(or have educated guesses) how close they came to being cash flow positive that quarter?
