Should we be using cash to buy????

Bliz..i some times think i lose points by answer ing some post. I see a gate at this fence since it just leads to0 down the hall. San has too maintain their 50 % ownership on this JV with Strike point Gold on the Strike point claims so ineffect , the glass is half full. San is knowen to have just feed us mushrooms in the past, i think with Sans Drill shack stacked up for the next two yrs, maybe some drills are becoming free d up. I guess Their JV partner has a geologist and Rick ( CEO ) is also a geologist, so maybe they are looking Notrh West for more reserves..PS, my house gave me a line at 2.5% minus the tax benefit..
