We know there were lots of missed expectations, and the lack of disclosure on changes to the game plan, etc. has been lacking... no doubt... but...

... to have brought things as far as they have amidst labour problems, equipment not up to snuff, and a constantly changing landscape as far as where it would be best to put the time and effort... my hat is off to them. Running a small business (like I do) has its challenges... running a place with over 200 (hard-to-find, rather transient) employees boggles my mind.... JMHO
