hey Lunch

wasn't gartman apologizing to some mysterious entity for comments he made regarding fraud within the gold markets. I might be mistaken as I can't find the story I believe that I read, however the tone of his writing made it appear he had been threatened with legal action or something. I may be way off base here so unless somebody can coraborate the story ignore it.
