It would seem to a rookie that when every big fund manager and investment advisor has now taken the approach of minimum 10% gold in your portfolio, people are now starting to look for companies like SGR. We as share holders in a safe haven country with a rule of law tecnically own the gold under the ground in Bissett. Physical gold is hard to own as you need to store it(and as we saw it can even be stolen from the mint). ETF's are suspect as they can lend their gold to shorters for a little kickback, senior gold stocks like Goldcorp cannot grow without spending money to acquire which really leaves you with no net gain.

So I would summize that the Dundee can only keep the genie in the bottle for so long, we have a company that has huge growth potential on the earnings side of the ledger coupled with blue sky on the resource side. To complete the deal we are digging up "REAL" money not paper money. Maybe the summer doldrums on gold are starting to shift their direction.
