With the new roof and insulation, and with a few other renos in the house, I will have cracked the 13,500 upper limit no problem.

But hey, not only that but I get a rebate from manitoba hydro for the insulation of about a 1,000 (almost the amount i paid for the insulation).

I think i am way ahead on my 'investment' right now :)
