I did the same, to pay for some house renovations.

What is really sad is that I was not supposed to do my roof till next week, so i would have been looking to sell some this week or next. Wife wanted it done now, she hates waiting.

Thats why I don't like telling her about what is happening in the rest of the world, she has no patience.

oh well, at least the rest of my portfolio is climbing :)
