..reading between the lines, one can view this release from different perspectives. On the financial side we can look forward to higher oz as they will be mining more from the higher grade stopes, which has a lower strip ratio and a higher grade which gives a lower cost per oz......The mining side leaves me a little puzzled. Dale over seen this project and said it took app,10 wks to complete. The stope production of 2,738 tns is not much ore to be sampled from two stopes , and i wonder why it took wks if we mine one face, say 5 width x 8 height x 7 depth = 280 cu ft., then did it take one wk to do this as 2738 divided by 280 = 10 wks. Dale said the development side had 40 % waste so they could have been blasting out more tonnage which again leaves one to question why did it take so long to get 9000 tns. I know not all 300 workers were on this project, but one can view this report and assume the wrong perspective. Sans 1200 tn mill seems to be on track as 11,762 tns at .63 gr running at 96 % efficientcy = 6,000 oz. Looking at the 70 days to carry out and minus the 10 days of milling then 60 days to carry out 11,762 tons could leave one asking questions...I do understand what went on here, but for those that don't, this report can leave one with a few questions. Just one mans opinion. Long On The Greens. Traps7
