Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on May 15, 2009, Marum Resources Inc. has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening Friday, June 26, 2009, the common shares of Strikepoint Gold Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Marum Resources Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a precious metals exploration and development company.
