His problem could very well be too much not too little! This delay may be just to allow family and "intimates" to round out their positions before the the "Big Cahuna" (not Cohiba) is released!

The only thing in the whole wide world that would/could put the brakes on the "Big Cahuna" is the "Big Apple!" (Wall St as it fries in the summer sun!)

So Dale don't wait too long, get the friends, family and "intimates" in, then flaunt "it" at your earliest opportunity!

My guess is 4MM plus!
