Yes I remember listeing earlier this year to some stats on Flint and Detroit house sales. The average selling price for one of them was 1100 dollars. Incredible. Hope that doesn't spread too far to other parts of the states. I think things have improved a lot since then so that shouldn't happen. Still a ways to go before unemployment peaks though.

I agree with Jeff's thinking in regards to the Cohiba naming signaling that they are ready to issue a 43-101 for the Hinge or a combined total. The increased price target from Dundee also signals this. After that they can say they are waiting for resource update on Cohiba. They always need something outstanding to point to so they have some protection or ability to buy some time in response to a takeover offer.
I think the correction is underway. I expect it to last only 2-4 weeks though. Or at least that is what I hope for.
