To-day , the institutions have tighter control placed on them, but they still have alot of tricks that they can use in-order to make their gains. San, in my opinion has been dealt a few low blows, and we have mentioned them to the board in the past. San took on a major backer to finance their mining plan, as mining is very expensive and the backers also have to see a return on their investments. My-self a private investor, relies on my mining knowledge in order to make my decissions, where as large institutions, can simply get access to the drill shack. Institutions can short their stock amongst themselves, set up ICE-BURGE orders, get flow through, debentures, paint the tape, cross blocks,drive the price down, and let their imagination run wild as they control the game.
