Hi Folks,
LIDAR is interesting technology, similar to the military version if I understand it correctly.
Over the course of time one has to decide to drill and given the data that I can find on the area selecting a good target and drilling it proved to be very successful for San Gold Corp, thus I am unsure as to why San Gold will view this as a priority. .
Is Marum Resources (Strike point now I see) a sub company of San Gold? or is it a different company. I researched it and see that it is also publically traded, yet I am unsure as to the association of both companies exploration wise. I ask because I am unsure why San Gold would at this time concern itself with a new Airborne survey when they already have found a large and increasing ( by drilling) new gold find on their hinge zone area, and are focusing their attention on making the core drill go where it needs to go. Of course San Gold will eventually use new technologies to explore the remainder of their Rice lake Greenstone Belt holdings; I would be hesitant to think that it ranks in high when they are extremely successful at finding gold using their present exploration methods. After all the hinge zone was discovered by proper and fresh geological thinking in exploring structure found by people on the ground.
LIDAR is a very promising technology, but considering that I am a fresh newbie on this forum and I got drawn here due to my increasing interest in San Gold, I think that I may have missed something relating to both companies.
I am new to the entire Agoracom hub not just the San Gold Forum.
