The exchange ratios, based on relative net asset values and a report prepared by Goepel Shields & Partners, were to be 2.10 common shares of the new merged company for each CMP share, 1.80 new shares for each Plexus share, and 3.95 new shares for each share of 1021105 Ontario. Plexus was to own a 33.8% stake of the new company, while CMP was to own 33.7% and 1021105 Ontario 32.5%.
