SAN GOLD WARRANTS TO EXPIRE MAY 30, 2009
San Gold Corp. reminds holders of its share purchase warrants that were issued pursuant to a private placement financing on Nov. 30, 2007, that all outstanding warrants will expire on May 30, 2009, at 4:30 p.m. Calgary time (6:30 p.m. (EST)). At the expiry time, all unexercised warrants will become void and of no effect and holders will have no further rights under such warrants. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company for $2. The company has engaged Dundee Securities Corp. to assist it in seeking the exercise of certain of the warrants. The company may pay Dundee, as well as certain other registered brokers who assist in obtaining the exercise of some of the outstanding warrants, a fee of 6 per cent.
