I would like to see a take over as much as the next guy, but wouldn't we know the amount of shares outstanding when the warrants expire?

The pessimist in me thinks they are realizing they need more cash. The optimist hopes that they are saying:

Listen up boys and girls this is your last chance to get this so cheep. We are giving you a friendly reminder just because you supported us early on?

Hope it is the latter. Watching there personalities through the last few years it very well may be.
