Selling this week last year would have missed a near 100% gain in the proceding 6 weeks. It also would have saved you a near 100% loss in the proceding 6 months. If you would have went on vacation for a year and did nothing, you would have realized close to a 100% gain today. If you knew this would have happened, you may go on vacation more often.
