While I'm checking in, I will add that although HM may not always deliver his message in a manner that many would deem approriate, don't lose sight of the point. The point is management has gone above and beyond in the community, maybe out of necessity, but the bottom line is they have brought jobs and opportunity to many who wouldn't have.

And the truth is, they likely could and should have received assistance and support from government to do so. Were running a business not a charity, they should give back to the community and its a win-win to have a competant local work force. But at the end of the day the job needs to get done.

Funny thing is I think HM gave me the gears a few months ago when I suggested with the glut of experienced miners out there looking for work that they make room for them at the expense of the locals who weren't cutting it.
