Which is simply: volume increase precedes price increase!

Answer to the Q: Not likely!

Some call it the "Nortel Rule!" At its price nadir, it was tradeng 28% of the total volume on the TSX!

If this volume keeps rising the TSX will kidnap SGR! We'll wake up one morning and bingo, it'll be trading on TO!
