Market maker trap.

If I were management, I would be very interested in how many shares the largest 'unofficial' beneficial owner had.

If this is the beginning of the end, it will have to play out where management is willing. Otherwise it's the end of the beginning and cash flow and a higher share price is just around the corner which the largest beneficial owner could use as leverage.

Either way, things are getting interesting.
