Production can only be slowed down now by Traps' concern of how long the hoist might be out of action.

I can see some of the variables starting to go SGR's way.

1. High grade ore going through the mill

2. Going from 2weeks on/off to 7 day steady state.

3. Hiring has been good, a full complement of experienced employees down in the mine.

4. Hinge ore now being mined (bulk sample).

I am sure i am missing a few things and I hope that others have something to add to this list.
