When they upgrade a system like the hoist everything has to be pre- enginneered.Hotmuck is right everything like the wiring and controller can be done beforehand.Installation and allignment of new motor and all the cooling duct work should not take more then 3 to 4 days if they have two crews of 12 hours shift .Programming should take a day and checking all the limits on the skip and cage same day.
