I can't help but think something else is cooking. There have been some pretty big lots going through in the last 2 weeks with two houses in particular as the usual suspects chip in as a supporting cast. Tomorrow's trading will clear on the 31 and there might be some 2nd quarter cash looking for a home on Wednesday.
