Does this mean that they would be anonymous investors? I have never noticed this before on a news release (not that I read in full, all of these news releases)

And I also see that Wellington West is mostly involved in this one, would this be on behalf of a client? or is this for themselves to earn shares for later trading?

Please forgive my ignorance, I am not too familiar with broker houses and how they operate.
