I deliberately used the non-specific term "normal" precisely because I don't know where the price of gold will end up. But I do know that the global economic and financial conditions which will make this rise in the price of gold will eventually stabilze and it will impact the price of gold to the downsize.
That was an interesting study in the price of goods relative to the price of gold. It always helps to take a different perspective of things.
