They (SGR IR) cliamed they had all what was needed to for Independant directors before this guy. However Many of us on the board thought they still needed one more. Rick told me they didnt need one more so who knows. Either way they no longer do need any other independants.

However a 43-101 is needed. This is a must before they can apply to be listed on tsx.

Hopefully it will be out some time in feb. but no worries if not.
