I had no one in particular in mind when I said that -- rather, I was saying that the atmosphere on this forum is usually pretty positive and focused on SGR and gold/financial markets - things that are pertinent. Every once in a while the mood gets a little strained when posters with different viewpoints are hashing it out, and then I cringe as some more heated exchanges go back and forth -- but even then, it has usually turned out pretty well. Credit is due to the posters on this board.

Yes, there have been a few violations of Agoracom rules - very few, really. They get dealt with (even if they involve some of the most respected posters) and life goes on.

Thanks to those who are using the Off-Topic forum for stuff that is not really pertinent to SGR or might not be something the mainstream would be interested in.
