I hear you, Ruf. Allow the share price to lag, and you could find yourself in the position of MAG Silver. MAG has been given an insulting 'take under' offer by their JV partner for the richest silver find in 100 years, and a land package in the Mexican silver belt that is second to none. Hard to say what will happen, but it's never a good thing to find yourself in a position where such an offer would even be considered.
