San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
Why would you invest if you can't do due diligence. If a trip to Winnipeg is unaffordable, then you should probably be buying bank preferred shares because this play is far too risky for those that can't afford to lose it. One or two news releases don't a good decision make. The overall picture which comes in the 43-101 and subsequent news releases is only part of the information that I use to make a decision. Example MEM sends out news release that they will be cash flow positive in 4th qtr and then 2 weeks later close one mine, lose 4 M in 3rd qtr results and lay off 45 workers in 2nd mine with disclosure that they can't mine profitably. This was because of the price of copper, not the lack of effort from the mine company. When did they last release drill results?
External forces are the biggest part of due diligence, We already know about the high grade Hinge zone and soon they will tell us how much. Operating on day to day news for day trading is as EW says, not the company's responsibility to the shareholder.
