Makes me wonder also. fishy to say the least. Concidering GoldCorp connection and visits with SGR you would think they have a backdoor agreement and are simply pimping out SAN to do grunt work for them concidering workforce is hard to come by these days. Also explains the production put on back burner to help out G to find more gold. In the long run things should pay-off.
