Ayn Rand turns (spins) in her grave! (described the USA as the last "nearly free" country in the world! That was 30 years ago!)

1st black president; first black first lady, and on and on. My question is simply "so what?"

Isn't a leader a leader? Has colour got anything to do with anything?

Welfare statests, led by the GOP, have already left the "Kitty" dry leaving little room for the "leftist" philosophy.

Has anything really changed? Obama's first look at the country's finances may change his tune and colour!

Obama says, "We as a people will get there!"

On everybody's mind is, "Just where are we as a people (Americans) going?"

His "followers" believe he will lead them to the "promised" land! He simply said, "Dream along with me!" The majority did!

IMHO, the bloom on this rose will wilt very quickly.

A lesson here for SAN would be that Obama had the best "team" on the ground, ushering in the "winner!" (At least that's the oppinion of many of the talking heads!)

Lastly, Obama was the best "salesman!"
