43-101 release date?

Anyone here anything on the release date of the 43-101?
Im still looking in good shape for my estimate of it comming out first week of december.
It was suppose to be out begining Sept, then End Sept, then Mid Oct then end Oct and still not out yet.
Anyone who expects us to be listed on the TSX by mid Nov, sorry to dissapoint but that is only wishfull thinking at best.
