Do you guys really think that a buyout will be for cheap? A shareholders rights plan was put in place by the management from the outset. Why you ask? To stop a hostile takeover on the cheap. I went in big on this play because I had unmargined cash to spend that was gained through leverage and profits in the market. I don't have to sell, and many of the share holders that I know are in the same boat. We hopefully have the 10% that says we will be paid true value for our shares in any takeover.
